To cancel an order you need to log into your account and visit the orders page to do that. For guest customers you will need to chat support and submit your order number to request cancellation and a possible refund. However note that cancellations are only valid within the first 48 hours after your order is confirmed. This is because we ship within a window of 48-72 hours. Once products are shipped and status is updated you will not be eligible for cancellation.
You don't need an account to place an order as you can go ahead with guest checkout. All required information will mailed to you when your order is confirmed and a separate email as well when your order ships. Alternatively creating an account helps to keep track of your previous order and helps suggest similar products if you will be frequenting this site
